In 1979 Ron Phillips was called as pastor of Central Baptist Church located in the Chattanooga, Tennessee, area, where he serves today. Under his ministry, this Southern Baptist church has experienced the birth and growth of many ministries and completed several building projects, but more importantly, the church has exploded into new realms of renewal and spiritual awakening. Having earned a bachelor’s degree from Samford University, as well as a master of divinity and a doctorate of ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, his successes were many. But in 1989, he felt in his spirit that the joy in serving had left him. He was burned out in ministry and ready to resign when he had an encounter with the Holy Spirit that changed his life forever. With Pastor Phillips new anointing came a deeper passion to reach across America and eventually around the world with the powerful message of Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Brian Zahnd and his wife, Peri, founded Word of Life Church in St. Joseph, Missouri. The church has experienced remarkable growth, and now has over 4,000 active members. He also travels throughout the nation and overseas ministering in churches, international crusades, and pastors’ seminars. He and Peri have three sons.

Apostle John Eckhardt is overseer of Crusaders Ministries, located in Chicago, Illinois. Gifted with a strong apostolic call, he has ministered throughout the United States and overseas in more than eighty nations. He is a sought-after international conference speaker; produces a weekly television program, Perfecting the Saints; and has authored more than twenty books, including Prayers That Rout Demons, Prayers That Break Curses, and Ordinary People, Extraordinary Power. Eckhardt resides in the Chicago area with his wife, Wanda, and their five children. 

Dr. Mark Rutland is the president of Southeastern College in Lakeland, Florida, and the founder and president of Global Servants, an international missions ministry to provide training and support to national pastors and leaders. He is the author of Hanging by a Thread and is an international conference speaker and evangelist.

Dr. Iris Delgado is the founder and president of Crowned With Purpose Ministries. She is a dynamic speaker and author sharing the vision of the ministry with her husband, Dr. John Delgado, as they travel and minister together. Dr. Iris Delgado graduated from Vision International University based in Ramona, California, with a doctoral degree in theology and counseling. She has traveled around the globe ministering with her husband in various countries including the United States, Central and South America, Puerto Rico, Australia, Canada, Bahamas, Greece, and Spain. Dr. Iris Delgado is the author of Women of Impact in the Midst of Hard Times and Authority to Destroy the Works of the Enemy.

Dr. Linda Mintle is a licensed clinical social worker. Having taught at Eastern Virginia Medical School and Regent University, Dr. Mintle is currently adjunct faculty at Wheaton Colleges Graduate Psychology Program. She writes a monthly column in Charisma magazine, contributes to SpiritLed Woman and New Man magazines and speaks nationally at conferences, on television and radio.
